Pre-order

A pre-ordering system is in place to facilitate the workflow and logistics from printing to delivery. We hope to make the whole procedure more environmentally friendly and timely by processing all orders at the same time. This can also allow us to maintain the best quality products and services for our patronage.

 

Editions

For each art print, we will offer “limited edition” and “open edition”. For limited edition, it is an original size print in limited quantity to maintain its collection value and uniqueness. Each “limited edition” print will be certified with a hand-signed signature, a serial number and an embossed stamp and will be accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. For open edition, it is printed in smaller size and is for wider distribution without quantity limitation.

 

Shipment

Package will be dispatched within 7 working days from Hong Kong via Hongkong Post or UPS. We are now offering 2 types of shipping methods, Vantage Courier / Speedpost (by Hongkong Post) and Package delivery (bu UPS). Please allow up to 5 - 6 weeks for international delivery. Shipment may take longer time than usual under special conditions, e.g. due to COVID-19.

 

Shipping destinations

We hope to deliver our products to everywhere. However, this task may be limited according to the policy and arrangement of our courier, as we are currently using Hongkong Post as our major courier. We will try our best to serve you, but we are sorry that we cannot guarantee.

 

Packaging

We are trying our best to ensure the integrity of your artwork. Print will be nicely wrapped inside a transparent plastic sleeve to avoid any moisture. It will then be rolled inside a rigid cardboard tube and the whole tube will be wrapped inside bubble cushion sheet or cardboard plate for maximum protection. Tough delivery bag will be used to protect your artwork from any moisture and keep it safe during the shipment.

 

Import taxes and customs duties

International shipments may be subject to additional import taxes and customs duties imposed by the destination country. This additional cost will NOT be included in the shipping cost paid during checkout.

Customers will be responsible to pay for the import taxes and customs duties (if any) in order to collect their parcel. Please pay attention to this additional fee reminder before checkout. To avoid any unexpected charges, we advise all customers to contact your local customs office for an estimation of the import fees and customs duties before ordering.

 

Exchange

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Do e-mail us photos of the damage through info@cozyfish.hk for us to evaluate and follow up on the issue.

 

Refund

All sales are final and not refundable. We only accept exchange due to item damaged during delivery, while no refund will be made. Buyers are reminded to input correct and complete delivery address to facilitate a successful delivery. We are not liable for any conditions due to the carelessness of buyers, including but not limited to incomplete or inaccurate shipment address, unable to settle any needed import fees and customs duties.
